RR2: The Windows PC Advantage

Royal Revolt 2 can be enjoyed on different screen sizes and platforms, but many players are unaware of the superb gaming pleasure the Windows PC environment provides. Apart from giving a full relish of the vivid graphics on a bigger screen, this platform also gives a few unique advantages to devoted players. Here are three that will make you consider playing on a Windows 8 or 8.1 PC:

Never miss important events.

Android and iOS phones sure notify players of events about their game, but Windows PC does an extra welcome effort by notifying about game events even when the player is not connected to the internet. How can this give any advantage, you ask?
Well, with the all-time notifications (displayed top-right of the screen), you would never miss it when your farms become full, allowing you to empty them and then regenerate food without downtime. If that is not enough an advantage, how about getting fresh news when Granny visits your kingdom?

Prevent an attack by using split screen.

One impressive capability of the latest Windows software is split screen, which allows users to work on two programs at a time by nesting them side by side, with a movable divider to adjust available space for each program.

With this function, you can insert your game to the right or left, then allot it the 25% of your screen. This lets you be online on the game while being able to work on other tasks you have. You just have to wait for the inactivity notification that pops up every four minutes, then confirm that you are still online.

Recover game data hassle-free.

When there is a major update for the game (not the server maintenance update), you need to uninstall the game and reinstall to get the new features. When you launch the game, you might be shocked that it reset to the beginning—do not panic! According to the Royal Revolt 2 team, you just need to finish the tutorial, give your character a name, and email them your new name so they can transfer your previous data to it. What a hassle!
Windows PC actually takes care of all data of applications downloaded from the Windows Store. So, when you launch your reinstalled game, just take down the Castle Gate; at this point, you will be provided with these options: recover the saved game file from OneDrive, or overwrite the previous game and start a new one.
