Item Shop

When Granny became a Shaolin Master, she was introduced to the art of armoring. Since then, she has traveled through the world to master her skills. Now she is offering the finest weapons and armor, which will extend your power in battle and will make you look even more like royalty.
Functions:

The Item Shop, unlocked when your hero reaches Level 5, is a rolling caravan that drops by kingdoms every four to six hours. Shaolin Master Granny runs the mobile store, and she has a pet named Beast to carry all equipment for sale to kings.

A great selection of items is sold by Granny and the Beast. Established and budding kings can purchase headgear (helmet, crown, or mask), armors, pauldrons, rings, belts, boots, capes, gauntlets, and weapons (sword, hammer, or club). Depending on the equipment, the hero’s statistics can improve in terms of health, reputation, agility, gold bonus, hero scream bonus, damage protection, and damage addition. Further, the effects items bestow are scaled to the hero’s level.

Items in the Shop vary in power, indicated by the background they are presented: grey for Standard Items, green for Magic Items, blue for Rare Items, purple for Epic Items, and yellow for Legendary Items. Because of this distinction, not all items can be purchased with gold; heavily enchanted items can only be had with either gems or pearls.

TIPS

Granny displays only five items each time she and Beast visit your kingdom. In order to see a different set of items, you have to wait for the caravan to return between four and six hours. However, you can also request Granny to show you fresh sets of items, with each replenish payable with a certain amount of gems.

Buying items also comes with strategy. Basically, you can farm for gold for all items that can be purchased with that currency. But do not buy items that only provide a minimal improvement in stats than the item you currently have. For instance, a crown that adds only 100 reputation points is not worth it if it costs one million. It is better to wait for better stats worthwhile for the price.

Snagging empowered items is a matter of chance. So when you come upon them, it is best to buy them right away. This is especially true for Epic and Legendary Items, which are always sold in pearls or gems and rarely appear among the displays. Check out this collection of purple items and yellow items so you can save up for them later in the game.

Items sold with pearls are the best in the selection, so you definitely have to spend gems in order to earn more pearls. Do not fall for items priced at 50 or 100 pearls; the high-level items farther in the game cost at least 250 pearls. Save up and do not be tempted!
